Regional migration is ideal for those willing to embrace the opportunities of living and working outside major cities. There are a range of visa options available.
There are also tailored agreements between the Australian Government and regional areas to address specific skill shortages (called Designated Area Migration Agreements or DAMAs). These pathways typically offer concessions on English language requirements, age limits, and salary thresholds in addition to a broader range of occupations compared to other visas.
